About Supply Chain to Go

Supply Chain To Go

Supply Chain To Go exists to encourage leaders to see familiar business situations differently.

Companies are shaped by decisions made over time about customers, capacity, inventory, operations, organizational structure, and more. Those decisions make sense individually, and they also interact. Those interactions can generate tensions that develop into problems that are difficult to understand when viewed one at a time.

Supply Chain To Go looks at the system those interactions create. The goal is to look beyond the familiar problem and reach for solutions that become more obvious from this new point of view.
